What is the Send-in Custom Service?
We receive your own genuine PS5 controller (DualSense) and install MERKA.G custom parts on it.
By adding rear buttons, TMR sticks, click triggers and other customizations, we improve both operability and response speed.
After your controller arrives, we inspect and test it, then usually ship it back within 3–5 business days. (This may vary depending on how busy we are.)
Supported Controllers

The following PS5 controllers are supported:

・Supported: Genuine Sony DualSense (CFI-ZCT1 series / CFI-ZCT2 series)

・Not supported: Third-party controllers, or controllers with severe damage or previous heavy modifications (may be returned without service depending on condition)

*The model number is printed near the barcode on the back of the controller.
*If there are cracks, board corrosion, or signs of water damage, we may not be able to work on the controller.
Rear Button Units (Selectable)
■ Paddle Type

High-resilience paddles designed for light actuation and easy fingertip control.
You can perform actions like jump or reload without taking your fingers off the back, allowing you to keep aiming while inputting commands.
A well-balanced, classic type that combines durability with protection against accidental presses.

■ Button Type

Equipped with independent rear buttons that provide clear, clicky feedback.
Recommended for players who prefer firm, deliberate presses and for those with larger hands, as it helps reduce accidental inputs.

■ FusionX (Hybrid Type)

A hybrid structure that combines the strengths of the Button Type and Paddle Type.
The center button plus side paddles support up to four rear inputs while balancing reachability and prevention of accidental presses.
This is MERKA.G’s most recommended high-end model.
Additional Custom Options
■ TMR Stick

A stick module that uses a non-contact magnetic sensor system.
It greatly reduces the risk of stick drift and helps maintain stable aim over long-term use.
The tension is close to the genuine stick, providing a natural, familiar feel.

■ Click Triggers & Bumpers

Converts L1 / R1 / L2 / R2 to clicky switches and minimizes travel distance.
Reduces input delay and shows its full potential in titles where split-second reactions matter, such as FPS and fighting games.
*The adaptive trigger function (variable resistance) will no longer be available.

■ Smart Buttons

Upgrades the ◯ / × / △ / □ buttons to click-type switches.
Because they actuate with a shallow press, they are advantageous in games that require rapid tapping or frequent, fast cancel inputs.

■ Pro Stick

The Pro Stick is an interchangeable stick system that lets you freely change the stick height.
You can fine-tune the feel to match each game genre and your personal preferences.

  • 11mm Concave type ×2 (height close to standard)
  • 14.5mm Dome type ×2 (mid-height that fits comfortably under the thumb)
  • 17mm Concave ×1 / Dome ×1 (taller height for precision control)

⚠ Important Notes

■ Notes Regarding Scratches

We take the greatest possible care during production, but due to the disassembly and processing steps, minor scratches may still occur.
Please understand this in advance, especially when sending rare controllers such as limited colors or collaboration models.

■ Changes in Specifications Due to Customization
  • After customization, button feel and overall operation may differ from the original controller.
  • Converting to click triggers disables the adaptive trigger function.
  • Internal processing may slightly change the overall weight balance.
  • When using thumbstick extenders/freaks, the stick caps may come into contact with the front shell.
Warranty Period
All custom parts come with a 3-month free warranty.
*During the first month, please cover the shipping cost from you to our store.
The return shipping from us back to you will be covered by MERKA.G.

・Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs

For one month after arrival, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs from the time of shipment (please send the item prepaid), and we will cover the cost of returning the item to you.

Not covered by warranty

All warranties are void if the controller is damaged by dropping or throwing, submerged in water or disassembled.

If the malfunction/problem cannot be reproduced in our facility, it will not be covered under the warranty.

MERKA.G will contact you with an estimated cost before any requested repairs are initiated, and it will be up to you to decide whether to proceed with the repair or simply return the controller.

Drift

When using a controller in an FPS game, etc., if the stick sensitivity setting in the game is too sensitive, drifting (the viewpoint or character moves even when you release your finger) can occur even with a brand new controller. In this case, it is not a malfunction, so replacing the stick parts will not fix it. Before applying for repairs, be sure to widen the dead zone in the FPS or in-game controller settings. In most cases, the problem can be solved with just the settings.

A faulty controller

Broken controllers cannot be accepted for carry-in service. Please be sure to check that they are working properly before mailing them in. If a malfunction is confirmed, we will return the controller to you cash on delivery regardless of whether it can be repaired or not.
