The TMR stick is a next-generation stick that uses the latest magnetic sensor technology. Like conventional Hall effect sticks, it uses a non-contact sensor, so it has the advantage of being highly durable and wear-free.

3-month free warranty

The TMR stick comes with a 3-month free repair guarantee. If a malfunction occurs within that period, we will replace it free of charge.

*Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs

For the first month after arrival, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs when you send the item (please send it prepaid), and we will cover the cost of returning the item to you.

A temporary malfunction may occur due to a regulator error, but in most cases this can be resolved by resetting, correcting, or adjusting the regulator.Please rest assured that this is not a malfunction.

Not covered by warranty

All warranties are void if the controller is damaged by dropping or throwing, submerged in water, or disassembled. If the malfunction/problem cannot be reproduced in our facility, it will not be covered under warranty. MERKA.G will contact you with an estimated cost before any requested repairs are initiated. It is up to you whether you wish to proceed with the repair or return the controller as is.

A faulty controller

We will check the operation before starting work, and if any problems are found with other parts, we will consult with you before repairing. Please note that if the problem is with a custom part other than the stick, there will be a fee for repair.

当店は大阪府茨木市に拠点があり、カスタム作業はすべて日本国内で行っております。その為、注文後すぐにカスタム作業を行うことができ、スピーディーな発送を実現出来ています。

納期はいつですか？

　ご注文から 7～10営業日 ほどで発送。
　※TMRスティックの実装は約4週間かかります。

・即納モデル
　ご注文から 1～2営業日以内 に発送。

領収書は発行されますか？

商品と同梱させて頂いてます。プレゼントなどで領収書を不要な場合はカートページ内にある注文メモに記載をお願いします。
