Drift

When using a controller in an FPS game, etc., if the stick sensitivity setting in the game is too sensitive, drifting (the viewpoint or character moves even when you release your finger) can occur even with a brand new controller. In this case, it is not a malfunction, so replacing the stick parts will not fix it. Before applying for repairs, be sure to widen the dead zone in the FPS or in-game controller settings. In most cases, the problem can be solved with just the settings.

Notes

All warranties are void if the controller is damaged by dropping or throwing, submerged in water or disassembled.

If the malfunction/problem cannot be reproduced in our facility, it will not be covered under the warranty.

MERKA.G will contact you with an estimated cost before any requested repairs are initiated, and it will be up to you to decide whether to proceed with the repair or simply return the controller.

Cancellation after shipping

If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and the product is unopened, we will refund you. However, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation before shipping

To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing an order will incur a 15% production fee.

Exchanges and Returns

We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the defect or initial failure is confirmed within 7 days of delivery. The replacement item will be shipped after we receive the defective product.

If more than 7 days have passed, repairs will be provided free of charge.

How do the rear buttons affect gameplay?
