Before starting work, we will check the operation of the product, and if any defects are found in other parts, we will consult with the customer before repairing the product. If there is a defect in a custom part other than the stick, there will be a fee for the repair.

All warranties are void if the controller is damaged by dropping or throwing, submerged in water or disassembled. If the malfunction/problem cannot be reproduced in our facility, it will not be covered under warranty. MERKA.G will contact you with an estimated cost before any requested repairs are started. It is up to you to decide whether to proceed with the repair or return the controller as is.
