ドリフト

When using a controller in an FPS game, if the in-game stick sensitivity setting is too sensitive, drift (the viewpoint or character moves even after you release your finger) can occur even with a brand new controller. This is not a malfunction, so replacing the stick parts will not fix it. Before requesting repairs, be sure to widen the dead zone in the FPS and in-game controller settings. In most cases, this can be resolved with just the settings.

注意事項

All warranties are void if the controller is damaged by dropping or throwing, submerged in water or disassembled.

If the malfunction/problem cannot be reproduced in our facility, it will not be covered under the warranty.

MERKA.G will contact you with an estimated cost before any requested repairs are initiated, and it will be up to you to decide whether to proceed with the repair or simply return the controller.

If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and the product is unopened, we will refund you. However, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

ご注文から24時間経過後にキャンセルするには15％の製作準備手数料がかかります。

交換・返品

到着より7日以内に不具合・初期不良が確認できた場合に限り、返品・返金・交換対応をさせて頂きます。交換品は不具合のある製品を受け取ってからの発送となります。

7日以上経過した場合は無償修理の対応となります。

FPSゲーム等でゲーム内のスティック感度設定が敏感すぎると、新品のコントローラーでもドリフト現象（視点やキャラクターが動く）が発生します。この場合は故障ではありませんのでスティックの部品を交換してもなおすことができません。修理お申し込みの前に必ず、FPSやゲーム内でのコントローラーの設定でデッドゾーンを広くしてください。

お客様都合による交換

当店ではお客様都合による交換は受け付けておりません。

保証対象外

コントローラーが落下や投げつけによる破損、水没または分解されている場合はすべての保証が無効になります。私たちの施設で誤動作/問題を再現できない場合、保証の対象にはなりません。
