Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is unopened and you contact us in advance.
    A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The 15% fee covers costs already incurred during production, such as part preparation and controller disassembly.

  • For initial defects or malfunctions discovered within 7 days of delivery, we offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
    Replacement items will be shipped after receiving the defective item.
    If more than 7 days have passed, we will offer free repair service instead of a return or refund.

  • Returns due to incorrect size or color selection will not be accepted.

In cases where there is no defect in the product, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Used products cannot be returned.
Aside from defective items, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference.

Shipping Timeframe

Products are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving your order.
For custom items, the delivery timeframe may vary depending on the order volume.
