This is a service where you bring your PAD to our store (or mail it in) and we customize it for you.

Since there is no controller cost, it is recommended for those who want to keep costs down!

Upgrade Service

We will add customization to controllers purchased or customized at our store. If you would like to add customization, please use this service.

For PS4/PS5

TMR Stick Retrofit

This is a service that allows you to retrofit a TMR stick (hall effect stick with regulator) onto a controller purchased from our store.

For PS4/PS5

Stick Repair

This is a service to repair the stick of the PAD purchased at our store. If you experience drift or other discomfort in operation, please use this service.

*Magnetic sticks without regulators cannot be used.

For PS4/PS5

This is a service to repair the stick of the PAD purchased at our store. If you experience drift or other discomfort in operation, please use this service.
