This technology gives the bumpers (L1R1 buttons) and triggers (L2R2 buttons) a click-like feel similar to that of a mouse. The bumper push width has been reduced from 1.2mm to 0.5mm, and the trigger push width from 7mm to 1.5mm, allowing for faster firing in games that require speed, such as FPS games.

Please note that implementing Click Triggers & Bumpers will disable the Adaptive Trigger function (a standard PS5 feature).

For one month after arrival, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs from the time of shipment (please send the item prepaid), and we will cover the cost of returning the item to you.

Not covered by warranty

All warranties are void if the controller is damaged by dropping or throwing, submerged in water or disassembled.

If the malfunction/problem cannot be reproduced in our facility, it will not be covered under the warranty.

MERKA.G will contact you with an estimated cost before any requested repairs are initiated, and it will be up to you to decide whether to proceed with the repair or simply return the controller.

Drift

When using a controller in an FPS game, etc., if the stick sensitivity setting in the game is too sensitive, drifting (the viewpoint or character moves even when you release your finger) can occur even with a brand new controller. In this case, it is not a malfunction, so replacing the stick parts will not fix it. Before applying for repairs, be sure to widen the dead zone in the FPS or in-game controller settings. In most cases, the problem can be solved with just the settings.

A faulty controller

Broken controllers cannot be accepted for carry-in service. Please be sure to check that they are working properly before mailing them in. If a malfunction is confirmed, we will return the controller to you cash on delivery regardless of whether it can be repaired or not.

Does MERKA.G STORE ship domestically?

Our store is based in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, and all custom work is done within Japan. This allows us to carry out the custom work immediately after an order is placed, enabling speedy shipping.

When is the delivery date?

*Implementation of the TMR stick takes approximately 4 weeks.
