【Shipping Methods】

  • Standard Shipping: Yamato Transport (Free for orders over ¥20,000)
  • Courier Service (for repairs only): Yamato Transport (¥750–¥1,450)
  • Yu-Packet: Japan Post / Yamato Transport (Free)
  • Regular Mail: Japan Post
  • Express Mail: Japan Post (+¥300)
  • International Shipping (outside Japan): Shipped via DHL

【Return Policy (Special Conditions)】

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
    A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This 15% fee covers costs already incurred, such as production setup, part preparation, and controller disassembly.

  • If defects or malfunctions are confirmed within 7 days of delivery, we offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Replacement items will be shipped after we receive the defective product.
  • After 7 days, we provide free repair service instead of returns.
  • Returns due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect size or color selection) are not accepted.

【Return Shipping Fees】

  • If there is no defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Used products cannot be returned.
  • Returns for personal reasons are not accepted unless the product is defective.
