【Eligible for Return】

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Initial defects

  • Incorrect item shipped by our store

【Return Conditions】

  • If a defect or initial fault is confirmed within 7 days of delivery:
    　→ We will respond with a return, refund, or exchange. The replacement product will be shipped after receiving the defective product.

  • If the item is unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery:
    　→ A return is accepted, but the refund will be 85% of the original amount, with a 15% handling fee deducted.
    　This fee covers costs such as product preparation, part allocation, and controller disassembly.

  • If more than 90 days have passed, or if the item has been opened or used:
    　→ Returns are generally not accepted.
    　If a defect is found, we will offer free repair instead.

  • Returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong size or color selection) are not accepted.

【Return Shipping Costs】

  • For returns where the product is not defective, shipping and other related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
