When a problem occurs, replacing your device isn't your only option. Repairs can help you regain the same comfortable operation experience as before. Furthermore, if the same problem recurs within two weeks of the repair, we will repair it again free of charge.

Resetting the controller may resolve the issue.

Removing the vibration feature allows for a lighter controller, ideal for competitive gaming. Conversely, you can add vibration to a controller that doesn't have it.

It is possible to change to a Pro Stick, which improves the feel and grip. *When using Freak, the original stick is recommended.

By incorporating mouse switches into the L1R1/L2R2, you can achieve the same sound and feel as a mouse click. The pressing width is significantly reduced, allowing for an instantaneous response the moment you press.

The smart action buttons now have a slightly firmer, more "popping" feel when pressed. They're not too light, making them easy to press repeatedly and providing stable operation.

TMR Stick

We will replace the original stick with a TMR stick. *Controllers that have been sent in for repair several times may not be accepted.

Additional buttons are placed on the back of the controller, allowing for a variety of operations without moving your thumb. *Adding rear paddles is not possible due to specifications, and adding 0 to 2 paddles is also not possible due to specifications.

How long will repairs and upgrades take?

Typically, the work is completed within 5-7 business days after the controller arrives. However, if the problem is complicated, it may take up to 10 business days. *However, for installation and repair of TMR sticks (with regulators), the delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks.

Is it compatible with older models?

Generally, it is supported. However, some older models may not support certain options.
