Stick Drift

Stick drift is a type of problem that occurs in the analog stick of a game controller. When this problem occurs, the character or cursor will move on its own even when you are not touching the stick. In severe cases, you will need to replace the stick module .

TMR stick malfunction

Malfunctioning of the TMR stick may be caused by an error in the regulator (if the regulator is installed). In many cases, this can be resolved by adjusting the center or correcting the range of motion. If this does not improve the situation, the stick module needs to be replaced.

R3L3 buttons are not responding

The reason why the stick press (L3/R3) does not respond is due to a faulty switch. This can be solved by replacing the switch, but since removing the switch alone is very complicated, we will replace the entire stick module.

Rear Button Failure/Fault

Rear Button Malfunction

If the back buttons don't work or react as if they are being pressed repeatedly, a remapping reset may solve the problem. If the reset doesn't solve the problem, the switch may be broken, so we will replace the switch. Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to replace the internal remapper.

Rear Paddle Malfunction

If the paddle does not respond or responds only when touched, it may be due to poor internal contact or a broken back board. We will first investigate the problem and propose an appropriate solution. We can also handle broken paddle parts.

FusionX Issues

If the LED doesn't light up, the rear buttons don't respond, or other issues can't be resolved by resetting the device, it is likely due to poor contact or a faulty rear board or switch. These issues are generally addressed by replacing all rear parts with new ones. *The method of response may vary depending on the nature of the problem.

Other Malfunctions

Click Trigger/Bumper Failure

If L1, L2, R1, and R2 do not respond, or respond as rapid taps even when pressed and held, this is most likely due to poor contact. If there is no poor contact, the custom parts may be broken, so we will replace them with new parts.

Smart button failure

Smart button malfunctions are mainly caused by parts failure. If it breaks, it will need to be replaced with a new custom part. Note that the parts used vary depending on when the phone was purchased, so the feel of the button may change after repairs.

D-pad/Action Button Failure

If the genuine cross key / action button does not respond, it is often due to poor contact. In most cases, the problem can be solved by cleaning the inside, but if a part needs to be replaced, we will charge only for the labor and no part fee if we have it in stock. Note that resetting the controller may also improve the situation, so please try that before contacting us.

Bluetooth/Earphone Jack Failure

If you are unable to operate the device when you are a little away from the PC or game console, or if the sound is interrupted or not audible even when you connect the earphone jack, there may be a problem with the main board. Problems with the Bluetooth chip or earphone jack can generally be fixed by replacing the main board.

Not repairable. The main board needs to be replaced.
