Customization Flaws

If there are any mistakes when we customize the product, we will fix it for free. We will cover the round-trip shipping fee within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will only cover the one-way shipping fee.

Notes

Broken controllers cannot be accepted for carry-in service. Please be sure to check that they are working properly before mailing them in. If a malfunction is confirmed, we will return the controller to you cash on delivery regardless of whether it can be repaired or not.

For one month after arrival, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs from the time of shipment (please send the item prepaid), and we will cover the cost of returning the item to you.

Notes

All warranties are void if the controller is damaged by dropping or throwing, submerged in water or disassembled. If the malfunction/problem cannot be reproduced in our facility, it will not be covered under warranty.

MERKA.G will contact you with an estimated cost before any requested repairs are initiated, and it will be up to you to decide whether to proceed with the repair or simply return the controller.
